TrustMate Home Improvement provides residential and commercial home improvement services including roofing, HVAC, siding, gutters, and general contracting. We also offer educational digital products (workbooks) through our online store.
2. Digital Products - No Refund Policy
All digital products, including workbooks and educational materials, are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once purchased. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Digital products are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation
- Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final
- No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for digital purchases
- You are purchasing a license to access the digital content for personal use only
3. Assessment & Estimate Services
Our online assessment and estimate calculator tools provide preliminary estimates only. Final pricing is determined after an on-site consultation. Estimates are not binding contracts and are subject to change based on actual project conditions.
4. Client Portal
Access to the client portal is provided to customers with active or completed projects. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
